2009 ADF Long Tan Leadership & Teamwork Awards

The establishment of the ADF Long Tan leadership and Teamwork Awards is an important initiative by the Australian Government designed to encourage senior students , tomorrows leaders, to actively participate in the life of their schools and local communities.

This award is designed to promote personal development, leadership and teamwork. It is presented to those students who display strong values, such as doing one’s best, respect for others and”mateship” that are integral to Australian society.

 

It gives us great pleasure to announce the following-

 

Year 10- for leadership as a member of the Student Council, as a member of the school Rock band and her strong beliefs-            ORCHID FOSTER

Year 11- for her leadership qualities in the Morley Army Cadets and for always doing her best-                                     Taryn Fryar

Year 12-          for her leadership role Vice Captain and her mareship
